We are one of the few concept stores that carry international labels in the full spectrum of street and luxury-streetwear clothing. Our space features a front entrance, floor-to-ceiling glass window facing Melrose Avenue. Heavy foot traffic during most of the day. You'll have access to the entire sales floor, approx. 800 - 900 sq ft. if you so choose. Or you can rent a portion of the space during business hours while the store is in full operation. So fill the entire front of the store, take over a section, or co-host an event with us! We like supporting local talent and people doing awesome things. If you think your brand would be a good fit, tell us about yourself and we'd love to share our space with you.

We are taking safety precautions as recommended by health and safety officials like disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and wearing protective gear at all times inside the store while maintaining social distancing.

All Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.


No Tobacco, Drugs, or Firearms are permitted within the facility whatsoever. No person may smoke or bring contraband inside the facility, nor may any person enter the building with firearms, even if lawfully permitted. Events may not exceed past 8:00 PM.


The facility does not have a liquor license and has a BYOB (bring your own beer/alcohol) policy. Beer and/or alcohol shall not be served to anyone under the age of twenty-one (21).


Guest accepts the venue "as is" and shall use the facility at their own risk and expense. Guest shall not harm the facility in any way whatsoever by painting, drilling, screwing, creating holes in any surface or fixture, or any other careless or malicious use or activity.


A security deposit may be required for events with 100 attendees or more. The deposit will be refunded within (7) days of event completion following post-event inspection with the Client and Project Manager.


We ask that all guests please tidy up during takedown. A cleaning fee of up to $250 dollars may be added if space is not delivered in the same clean manner as originally received.

We reserve the right to collect a cleaning fee which will be determined based on the scope of your event.


A minimum fee of $50, plus materials costs, will be charged for any wall touch-up and repairs. Repairs over one hour will be billed at $50/hr. All touch-up and repair work will be performed by management.


Guest acknowledges the facility is located adjacent to a residential community. The guest, its agents, employees, contractors, invitees, or representatives shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience anyone outside the facility. Amplified music, microphones, or any other sound device shall not be broadcast outside the facility nor shall be amplified sound levels inside the facility exceed a reasonable level. Events with exceeding volumes will be required to reduce sound levels.
