House rules
Setup and breakdown time should be included with your booking.
The hourly rate is doubled if the guest misleads the host regarding the number of attendees. The person booking should know the number of expected guests.
Cleaning fee covers sweeping, mopping and the first 5 bags of trash. Additional fees may apply for necessary cleaning beyond this.
Beer and wine are fine, but hard liquor is not allowed in the venue. Violating this is breaking the law, and will result in the early termination of the event.
No Open Flame (food warmers are okay, with a caterer)
Live music/amplified music must be kept at a reasonable level - If it's loud enough to be heard outside the venue by the neighbors, it's too loud.
Guests leave by 10:30 pm, music is off at 10:30 pm. Cleanup needs to be done by 12:00 midnight.
The Venue should be arranged as it was found, upon leaving with all tables and chairs put away and cleaned.
No smoking inside the venue
