An industrial and rustic large locale with a gallery overlooking the main space. Exposed brick walls, wooden floors, and exposed metal columns. Spacious enough for 300 standing and 150 seated.

Availability calendar
House rules
8 hour minimum required to book this space.
Load-in, load-out, and clean up time should be factored into booking time. Venue must be left in broom swept condition.
Event insurance with liquor liability is required.
Premises are “Smoke-Free” and "Drug Free".
To serve alcohol - guests are required to obtain a catering permit through a licensed vendor. We walk clients through the process which is simple and easy to complete. Guests MUST apply for catering permit at least 15 days prior to the event date.
