From boutique merchandise, art exhibitions, to yoga classes or whatever your passion is, rent the retail space for a day, a week, or a month. House rules
The Bodega works closely with Brasil (cafe, restaurant, & bar). This space is a unique space with opportunity to collaborate and co-host events with Brasil in the back patio space. All events and collaboration inquiries will be coordinated in a face to face meeting.
House Rules:
- All installations and painting must be pre-approved
- Store Hrs can range anywhere form 6pm-Midnight.
- Respect your neighbors, this pop-up space has residential buildings close by!
- Please post your store hrs clearly to the public
- Minimum rental: 1 day
- Lease start: 08:00 AM
- Security deposit: USD 500.00
- Cancellation policy: Flexible (1 week prior)
