About this space

Sustainable lifestyle store in the heart of historic Savannah, GA. Next to famous River Street where 14 million tourists visit each year. Surrounded by hotels, antique shops, and nearby restaurants. We receive over 2,000 walk in visitors each month. Fully staffed 7 days per week we process all sales for you and distribute funds regularly. You price your items as you wish. We work on a split sale percent that covers the cost of staffing, credit card fees, and shipping if needed (we pack and ship).

We welcome appropriate brands to book a 6 square foot display space. Displays can be a simple as a table (we can supply) or as comprehensive as a multi-level racking system. Displays can be vertically high. For example, a 5 shelf x 6 square foot display would have approximately 30 square feet of space to display goods.

Appropriate brands offer natural, renewable, and sustainable goods. The basis of our store is cork products. Anything made from or using corks has preference. However we welcome non-cork sustainable and natural items that would contribute to healthy living. Everything from natural skincare, bath and body, to bamboo furniture and flooring (we maintain a flooring display rack).

House rules

We are open and fully staffed 7 days per week. You price your items as you wish, we process all sales and distribute the funds weekly. We work on a 60/40 split (with 40% being your payout). Our commission covers the cost of staffing, marketing, credit card fees, and shipping to the customer (if needed) among other expenses such as electrical and water. You are responsible for shipping product to us and the cost of shipping for unsold product (that is shipped back to you). We require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
