Several tram and bus lines as well as the underground station Fraunhoferstrasse are only about 100 metres away. Even arriving by car is totally relaxed, as you can conveniently park in our courtyard. The daylight studio with large windows - which can also be completely darkened - includes a spacious lounge with bar, a storage room and an idyllic garden. Various film lighting is pre-installed and access is via our courtyard.
