About this space
The gallery space is located in the heart of the gallery district, easily accessible from the subway station Rosenthaler Straße and S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt. This space is suitable for projects, private or professional ideas and provides good visibility thanks to the large storefront. The neutral design and groundplan facilitates an uncomplicated and promising project realization.
Since the landlords have professional expertise and interest in international art and culture, architecture and fashion, alternative and sustainable ideas they also offer artistic, curatorial or interior design support
The space is equipped with electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, preparation kitchen, toilet and tables, chairs and couch.

House rules
Deposit
The deposit is agreed for unforeseen. The gallery spaces are given over cleaned, the floors - wiped, the walls - smooth and painted white, plus a bunch of keys for the street door. There is no extra cleaning fee. After expiry of the contract period, the rooms and keys are to be returned as received. Otherwise, at least 150 € for cleaning and wall repair will be deducted from the deposit. After the exhibition ends, the full deposit will be refunded when all conditions of this contract are kept.
Cleaning
The gallery is a smoke-free facility. It is recommended to clean the gallery including bathroom and toilet daily. The front window can be cleaned if necessary. Waste must be separated and disposed in the courtyard in the appropriate waste containers. Defects and repairs can be carried out independently and have to be communicated.
Phone
The phone line may be used only for calls within the German landline.
Internet
It is obliged to comply with applicable law when using the internet, in particular: no illegal downloading of image files, music and movies or publications on the internet, no file sharing.
Public liability insurance / Business insurance
The tenant guarantees that during the contract period a Private liability insurance / Commercial liability insurance exists. The costs for this insurance are not part of this contract. We can assist you find the right insurance if you need help.
