This beautiful loft style salon is a storefront located in the heart of Vancouver's historic Gastown. The surrounding streets are made of cobble stones with beautiful hanging floral plant baskets lining the streets. Gastown's famous Steam Clock is located only a 7 minute walk away.

This salon is located on the ground level of Cordova Street between Carrall and Columbia Street. The storefront has a floor to ceiling window allowing for plenty of natural light to enter the space. Inside, the 16 foot ceiling allows for larger photography and videography equipment to be set up and used. When you enter, on the right side the entire wall is lined with mirrors, shelving and lighting. In the back of the salon you will find our kitchen which is equipped with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, basic kitchen supplies, a sink and a dishwasher. We also have two hair washing stations which you are welcome to use if needed. There is one bathroom downstairs. The salon has a surround sound music system powered through bluetooth. Wifi is included. You are welcome to use the building's beautiful large outside garden patio. This space is communal for the building. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the patio and in the summer the florals and greenery are stunning. Street parking is generally easy to find, through Easy Park Lot 4 is most affordable and is located only a 1 minute walk away.

For rentals, the salon beds and salon supplies will be removed. You will enjoy the open space. You are welcome to request to use the salon beds if needed. We have 6 available, as well as 4 matching makeup chairs and one lower hydraulic salon chair. We also have 6 rolling stools. If you do not wish to use any of these furniture items, we will remove them for your rental. Our retail is located at the front of the shop and will not be removed unless requested. A $50 retail removal fee applies.

This salon is the ideal location for a pop-up shop (we recommend turning the shop window fairy lights on to attract guests), small events, photo/video shoots, small conferences, wedding morning getting ready and more. Please note, our 18 person capacity is due to the Health & Safety limitations surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Our capacity limit is usually higher. We will increase our capacity limit when it is safe to do so.

Please note, the upstairs second level of our salon is used for office work as well as salon services and may be being used during the time of your rental. For full salon rental, please inquire. Higher rental rates apply.
