- No smoking or vaping inside the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Alcohol may be served with a valid SOP provided before the event
- $1,000 security deposit required; refunded after inspection
- Optional $250 cleaning fee; otherwise, space must be returned to original condition
- Excessive mess or damage may result in deductions from the deposit
- All garbage, recycling, and boxes must be disposed of in the bins at the back of the space
- Boxes must be broken down; a $100 fee applies if waste is left behind
- Do not use nails, screws, or adhesives that damage walls; use Command hooks or painter’s tape only
- All setup and teardown must occur within the booked time
- Please keep noise at a reasonable level and follow city noise bylaws
