The Boulevard

Cypress, along with its 50/50 joint venture partner, Life Time, is in the process of developing a 400,000 sq. ft. mixed-use property in the west valley of San Jose, CA at the corner of Stevens Creek Blvd and Saratoga Ave. The project will consist of two buildings, a 6-story, 300,000 sq. ft. office building and a 3-story, 100,000 sq. ft. Life Time athletic club as well as an associated, 6-story, 1,200 space garage. The first floor of the office building contains 15,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, which is included in the overall 300,000 sq. ft.
