Birch & Broad (formerly Falls Plaza)

Located in the city of Falls Church, Birch & Broad caters to the community’s daily needs with a variety of shops, eateries and services including Road Runner Sports, Taco Rock, Pacific Dental and Conte Bikes. Bolay, Crumbl, Aqua Tots and The Little Gym will all be joining Birch & Broad later this year. A full property renovation, completed in December 2021, included a façade renovation, new signage, lighting and outdoor amenity areas with enhanced landscaping.
