The Concept Shopping Mall at BIKINI BERLIN offers 17,000 m² of retail space across three floors, with store units ranging from 30 to 1,500 m². Fifteen flexible, rentable boxes of around 25 m² provide space for individual concepts, from pop-up stores to showrooms. A representative event space with panoramic windows overlooking the zoo is available for rent for events and promotional activities as well. The highlight of Bikini is the 7,000 m² accessible green rooftop terrace: the BIKINI BERLIN Shopping Garden, which is modeled after the New York High Line Park and offers a spectacular view over the zoo.
