Alliance Town Center

Alliance Town Center, a 1 million SF regional hybrid retail center, is part of the AllianceTexas 26,000-acre master-planned community, north of Fort Worth, TX.

A joint venture with Hillwood Development, Inc. and Invesco, Alliance Town Center integrates retail, office, residential and hospital uses with 9 national anchors, most reporting top sales in the region. Phase I of the 350-acre power center and lifestyle mixed-use development opened in fall 2008.

Phase II was completed summer 2014, adding approximately 87,500 square feet.
