44 is part of a brand new real estate development project by Dome Invest and Appleton & Domingos Architects, delivered in April 2018. The building comprises of 12 residential apartments, and 3 shops. 44 is a short term rental shop, comprising of 55m2 in the heart of Bairro Alto, ideally located between Principe Real and Chiado with the idea to offer clients the chance to rent out our store without any long term commitments.
