About this space

Gallery 30 South is the pearl of the Green St. Village Landmark District: an historic 1930s building of the Lloyd Wright tradition in the same neighborhood as Albert Einstein's office during his tenure at CalTech (which is right down the street). Incredible natural light and off-street parking highlight this contemporary art gallery, which has become the new cultural hub of Pasadena, hosting exhibitions for Frances Bean Cobain and Chuck D.

900 square feet provides the perfect environment for a quick Pop-Up Exhibition or Trunk Show. The primarily residential neighborhood provides great security and comfort and the proximity to Caltech, PCC, and Art Center in addition to Old Pasadena and Playhouse District provide a massive potential shopping audience.

Our Ivy wall is a perfect photo backdrop for engagement photos and small wedding ceremonies, and the back of the gallery has citrus and pepper trees. We even get an occasional visit from a wild peacock or two.

Whether your event is public or private, this location is a the perfect, quaint, and classy backdrop.
