House rules
The space has a total capacity of 250 people.
Standard hours of hire are between 09.00AM-1800PM. Special arrangements can be made for the requirement to go longer but not past 2300hrs.
No redecoration without written approval from the Landlord.
You will have to be very strict about timings and rubbish collection as well as props arrival and removal.
Parking is limited in the area, you'll need to arrive early to catch a space!
Cleaning Fee £100 (ex VAT)
