Food & Drink Included - Marketplace Storefront Event Space

Our pricing for events in the space starts at:
- $750 per hour after 5 pm with a 4 hour minimum
- $375 per hour between 9am - 5pm with a 4 hour minimum
-all bookings include credit toward an incredible offering of in-house catered food and beverage

Details on our food and bar pricing:
- our hourly rate includes food and bar as part of booking the space.
- for example, if you book our venue with a food and bar tab for 4 hours at $750/hr, then your party’s first $3,000 in food and drinks are included in the price
- tax and tip not included
- you are not required to reach your food and bar tab, but unfortunately any part of the tab that is not used is not refundable

Our venue is a multi-faceted, dynamic destination for cuisine and culture in the heart of San Francisco. Between North Beach and Chinatown, the three level complex is conveniently situated in one of San Francisco's most bustling neighborhoods. The venue has many separate rooms and functions that can be booked in combination with each other, from retail marketplaces and storefronts, to lounges and restaurants.

Warmly furnished with a whimsical sense of style, this space is perfect for an cozy seated dinner or a cocktail reception. Right in the heart of Chinatown, bordering North Beach, the location is conveniently situated in one of San Francisco's most bustling neighborhoods.

The combination of wood paneled walls with sleek glass windows creates a calm retreat from the action of the city, capable of accommodating 24 seated or 30 standing. The space well suited for a variety of events, including intimate seated dinners, cocktail receptions, pop-ups or launch parties.
