Basics
Our capacity is 250 guests. For any production of 50 or more people, we ask that you use one of our staff security guards and rent a portable bathroom from us. One bathroom on the venue level will be stocked with supplies and is suitable for 50 attendees or less.

Parking
4th street has plenty of parking, all spaces unmetered after 8 PM. The front of our space has a loading zone for easy set up and break down, or you can pull into the outdoor lounge area.

Hausregeln & Konditionen

Our capacity is 250 guests.
Events with under 50 guests require hiring venue staff member at $15/hr.
Events with 50 - 75 guests require hiring security guard ($40/hr) and portable bathroom rental ($50).
Events with 76 - 150 guests require 2 security guards and 2 portable bathrooms ($100).
Events with 151 - 250 guests require 3 security guards and 2 portable bathrooms.
All security and bathrooms must be booked by venue.
Must reserve venue 1 hour before doors open and 1 hour after doors open for clean up.
Venue must be left in same condition as arrival or forfeit the security deposit.
One bathroom on the venue level will be stocked with supplies and is suitable for 50 attendees or less.
