The time you book includes setup and breakdown. You are confirmed at the Coexist Fun House. We are located at 524 Evergreen Ave, Unit 1, Brooklyn, NY 11221. Just buzz Unit 1 hen you arrive. By moving forward with your event, you are agreeing to all legally binding terms and conditions listed on this email without exception unless discussed and pardoned with an event manager prior to your event. Any exceptions or alternations of terms must be listed and agreed upon via email. 

ARRIVAL:
The start of your booking time is when the event manager will be present at the space, and the cleaning crew generally wraps up right before your event begins so please only buzz at the time of your event and not earlier as they are only obligated to open at the time you are booked. Also, so you get to enjoy the entirely of your experience, the event manager will be present to maintain cleanliness throughout and ensure any concerns are addressed and guidance is provided when needed.

FIRM RULES:
- All guests are expected to be out of the space by the end time, no exceptions. There is a late stay fee of $250 that our cleaning crew charges us so please be prompt and considerate of this otherwise we will have to charge you. You will receive a half hour notification from the event manager and clean up must begin in order to ensure everyone and all items are out of the space by the end time.
- Please NO CONFETTI whatsoever and no cake sparklers. They set off the fire alarm and can set off the sprinkler system.
- All champagne bottles MUST BE OPENED BY EVENT MANAGER to avoid accidents that have happened in the past. Any items broken or damaged will have an affiliate charge that will be billed to the hosts, including corks that are popped without Event Manager assistance. Our staff has been trained to ensure bottles do not cause damage when opened.
- All items present upon your arrival for your event, must be present when you leave. If there are missing pieces, including but not limited to Connect4 pieces, Jenga pieces, pool and table tennis balls, etc. the host will be responsible for the full purchase of the items. These items are full sets and individual parts cannot be purchased so the entire item must be repurchased. This is non-negotiable so please ensure your guests do not take pieces upon their departure.

SUPPLIES:
There are bodegas that sell ice for your convenience, we do not provide ice.  There are 2 galvanized buckets for guests to serve ice themselves or keep items chilled if desired. The refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave or any other appliances are not included in the booking unless you have booked the kitchen. Please remember to bring enough cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, paper towels, trash bags, ice, tablecloths, a knife to cut any birthday cakes etc. to ensure your event is a success! There is a 6 ft x 30 in table provided for any snacks, food items and beverages. To reiterate, the refrigerator, freezer and kitchen appliance access (including stove, oven and microwave) are additional fees, so please plan your event accordingly.

SMOKING:
While going in and outside of the space is not permitted or encouraged, guests are welcomed to smoke outside on the patio tables briefly. They are not hangouts so please don’t have guests congregating in large numbers for any reason. Hookahs are not permitted. Please do not throw cigarette butts or otherwise on the ground.

MUSIC:
We have Alexa speakers setup throughout the space and a selection of playlist to choose from or guests can contact the event manager to provide a designated playlist on Spotify. DJ’s are less than ideal here and cannot use speakers outside of what the venue has and no additional speakers or monitors can be brought inside. There is no music permitted outside.
