It is 400 sq ft, and can comfortably fit up to 10 people. It is perfect for content creation, film shoots, fashion and photography shoots. There is a tent that covers about 1/2 (or 200 sq ft) of the rooftop. The bamboo siding and tent is strung with string lights. Included in the space is lounge chairs and fire pit. Downstairs there is a full kitchen, full bathroom (with shower), and washer/dryer.
