This is primarily a studio used for dance and photo/video shoots but we also rent for pop up events. It is centrally located on the Plateau but has a somewhat secret entrance in an alley just off of Avenue Mont-Royal. The building is industrial which is uncommon in the area and there is a quiet parc just outside which creates a feel for being somewhere special.

The space has great natural light with window facing east and west. There's a sound system included, along with track lighting and dimmers on 3 channels to customize the ambience. Wood floors with Marley (which can be rolled up).
