Our rental rate is $500 per hour. To confirm your booking, we require a signed contract along with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance, as well as any additional options, can be settled up to seven days before your event.

Here’s an overview of what’s included with your rental:

Full access to the event space during your event An hour before and after your event for setup and cleanup Unlimited use of the golf simulator Use of the surround sound system, LED screen, and TVs 4 folding tables with linens Access to the ice machine and fridges On-site event manager to assist with your needs Our venue is a blank slate, giving you the flexibility to customize the event space exactly how you envision it. Whether you're planning a small gathering or a large celebration, we’re here to help make it personal and unique to your style.

We are a BYOB/BYOF venue, but I’m happy to assist with food and beverage arrangements. I can send you a menu featuring popular options from past events and will be glad to create a customized proposal based on your specific needs.

If you plan to serve alcohol, we can provide a certified bartender at $75 per hour. For events extending past 9 p.m., we require a security guard at $100 per hour.

Please note that bartenders and security guards cannot, under any circumstances, be guests of the party.

To further enhance your event, we offer a range of add-ons at an additional cost, including, but not limited to: Photo booth Photographer DJ services/Live Band Specialty cocktails Additional seating Extra staff to assist with your event needs Themed Decor Game Nights (Casino Night, Trivia, Bingo, Pickleball etc.
