A special event to sell the “Essentials” capsule.

For those Givenchy fans currently residing in Japan, the high-end French fashion house — now creatively led by Clare Waight Keller — has planned a special event for you. A couple months after the June showcase of the world-renowned brand’s 2018 pre-spring offerings, Givenchy has revealed plans for a Japan pop-up shop to commemorate and market its new “Essentials” capsule. Set to take place — for a limited time — exclusively at the luxury label’s Isetan Shinjuku and Hankyu Umida stores, the two new Givenchy pop-up locales will offer an array of selections from the “Essentials” fall collection. The retail event will go down at the beginning of next month, and you can learn more about the September festivities here.

Earlier this month, Givenchy was recognized as one of the fashion world’s “hottest brands.” In recent months, the brand has also brought back its famed “shark motif” and expanded its foray into formalwear with a special 2017 fall tuxedo capsule collection. For 2017, Givenchy also plans to make its mark on children’s clothing.
