Alcohol Service: * We offer in-house bar service. * A security agent might be required at extra cost. * If you want to bring your own alcohol, you must apply for a permit at least 15 days prior to event. Additional fees will be charged for using our bar.
A venue representative will be required at extra charge for events on weekends and outside of regular business hours.
Additional fees will be charged if the venue is used for production.
Additional fees will be charged for wall maintenance if needed.
