Sunday-Monday Full Day (more than 4 hours): $500
Sunday-Monday Half Day (up to 4 hours): $300
Tuesday-Saturday Full Day Only: $950
One-time Cleaning & Set-up Fee: $50
Security Deposit: 50%
ABOUT OUR SPACE:
Blink Beauty Parlour is located in Austin Heights in Coquitlam. Our space was renovated in 2018 with new LED light fixtures, wall décor, paper floral decorations, new furniture, new floor tiles, new paint, and a new quartz checkout counter. It is north facing with lots of natural light. There is free parking in front, but more free parking spots are available in our underground garage.
It includes a private spa room, a kitchen, in-suite laundry, 2 service sinks, and a washroom.
It is ideal for pop-up events, beauty classes, workshops or training ourses, but it is also appropriate for small events, photoshoots, and private parties.
We can remove all the furniture from the store to make space for yours!
The spa studio includes 2 massage beds, 5 spa chairs, 5 Glamcor lamps, 4 wall mirrors, movable curtains, 8 adjustable rolling chairs, and 8 service carts/trolleys. The private spa room includes another massage bed and a spa chair with a private sink. The waiting area in the front also includes 2 benches that seat 4 people each. We also have other equipment on hand such as a whiteboard and a projector.
All furniture may be removed upon request by the renter.
The renter is welcome to bring any furniture or equipment that may be needed.
If more equipment or tools (e.g. TV, extra lamps, chairs, tables, medical gloves, ) are needed, please let us know, so we can provide this for you. Price may change depending on what is requested.
