1. Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level after 11pm.
2. Outside catering must be pre-approved atleast two week out from the event. We do have a variety of caterers/food vendors we work with regularly that is available.
3. No smoking in the building. Smoking allowed in the balcony/patio
4. If you are bringing alcohol that's NOT FOR SALE, it is allowed with a designated bartender.
5. If there is alcohol on the premise, only guests 21+ are allowed
