🏠 House Rules
Smoking is only permitted in the internal courtyard. Smoking inside the gallery is strictly prohibited.
All waste must be sorted and disposed of in the appropriate waste sacs provided (general waste / recycling).
No loud music after 11:00 PM to respect residential neighbours.
The space must be returned in the same clean condition in which it was received. A cleaning fee may apply if not adhered to.
Any damage to artwork, furniture, lighting, or fittings must be reported immediately and may incur repair/replacement costs.
Deliveries and collections must be scheduled in advance to avoid disruption.
The hirer is responsible for supervising guests and ensuring responsible use of the space.
No subletting or unauthorised third-party bookings.
All installations or wall fixings must be approved in advance;
Alcohol may be served but not sold, unless the hirer holds a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) or relevant licence, this must be approved prior to the booking if essential to the booking, there may be an extra fee.
All events must comply with local regulations and health & safety standards.
