The redevelopment project, led by Regency Centers in partnership with Blumenfeld Development Group, aims to create an inviting and authentic shopping experience. The center will feature a mix of upscale retailers, including Whole Foods Market as its anchor store, along with other notable tenants such as Starbucks, Aspen Dental, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, Mogu Modern Chinese Kitchen, Nava Health, Teachers Federal Credit Union, and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa.
