- Must abide to Covid physical distancing and Covid safe laws
- Must have valid business and liability insurance
- Newly painted walls, must not put nails or hang things without lister's approval.
- Shop's small outdoor area is to be cleaned up at daily shop closure.
- Must tidy and remove all rubbish, decoration, event equipment off premises after event (cleaning fees and security deposit apply to event booking)
- Premises must be made good upon exit to it's original state. Any damage to premises is to be fixed prior to exiting.
