About this space

We are an event studio and creative space pivotally located between the Mission and Bernal Heights neighborhoods. With the aim to inspire collaboration, we celebrate local talents and innovative visions of the surrounding communities and beyond.

The 850 square foot studio features 14-foot ceilings, a west-facing facade allowing profuse light, and ample wall space for art curation/installation. There is also a private conference room which is included in event bookings that comfortably accommodates 4-6 people and is convenient for dining and catering setups.

Our space is an ideal spot for business meetings, bridal/baby showers, receptions, engagement/anniversary parties, photo shoots, book launchings, art shows, workshops, classes, crafts, school events, cocktail parties, fundraisers, birthdays, intimate dinners and luncheons, craft parties and so much more. During July and August, we will provide a continental breakfast for a full day booking.

We are also a full service production company. With access to many resources/vendors in the Bay Area, we can manage and customize every detail of your event. Or, consult with us to tailor any aspect of your own gathering at an hourly rate.

House rules

Booking start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up time.

If approved by Avenue, in-house artwork may be remove and reinstalled upon completion of event. Avenue staff will be responsible for handling all artwork. There is a $200 fee for moving the in-houre artwork.
