Beautiful, newly renovated 725 sq. ft. art gallery space located in West LA on Santa Monica Blvd. With white walls, high beamed ceiling and polished concrete floors throughout. The space is well-lit, with a big storefront window letting a lot of natural light in as well as track lighting that can be adjusted to your needs. It has great storefront visibility along Santa Monica Boulevard, and is located near a variety of restaurants and shops.

- The desk, benches and other furniture are also easily movable
- Track lighting can be adjusted to your needs
- Small modern kitchen in the back of the space (with sink, microwave, toaster oven, and fridge)

Parking: There is one reserved parking space located near the back entrance. For guests, there is a public metered parking lot behind the building and metered street parking.

In the past, the space has been used for many different purposes: birthday parties, corporate events, music performances, film/photo shoots, pop-up art exhibitions, and more!

Our listing rate vary depending on the day as follows:
Weekend (Friday and Saturday) - $150/hour (4-hour minimum) or $1000 daily
All other days (Sun-Thurs) - $125/hour (4-hour minimum) or $800 daily.

Additional fees included:
Cleaning fee: $50
Wall repair fee: $50 (only if guests uses nails/screws to attach art, displays, or decor to the walls)
